European Foodservice Summit 2023

Das European Foodservice Summit findet jedes Jahr im Herbst in Zürich statt und ist DER Treffpunkt der internationalen Hospitality-Industry. Über ein Dutzend Redner präsentieren ihre Gedanken zur Zukunft: Branchen-Profis einerseits, interdisziplinäre Experten andererseits.

Gemeinsame Veranstalter des Top-Events sind seit Beginn das GDI Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (Schweiz), die Boston University (USA) sowie die Wirtschaftsfachzeitschrift foodservice Europe & Middle East (Deutschland).

Teilnehmer:
Führungskräfte (Entrepreneurs / Senior Management) der Multi-Unit Restaurant- und Catering-Industrie sowie Lieferanten und Berater. Für Zulieferindustrie und Berater sind die Plätze begrenzt. Es gibt maximal 250 Teilnehmer, um die Atmosphäre intim zu halten.

He shared with the plenary his vision for the future of the restaurant industry. Among other things, he thinks Delivery is overrated. "Democratizing lazyness" doesn't make people happy, he says. Bosshart says, "In the end, investors pay the bill and pull the strings."
